In the early sixties Dame Stephanie Shirley launched her own software company. She made a principle of employing only women until equal opportunities legislation made the practice illegal. Xansa became a multi-million pound business and she's devoted her retirement to spending her money.

She joins Martha to talk about her charitable foundation, through which she's given millions of pounds to support autistic children, and fund research into the condition.
