Ìý Jocelyn Burton Saturday 2 August 2003 Ìý
This week the winner of the Prince Philip award was announced and for the first time in 40 years it has gone to a woman - silversmith Jocelyn Burton.

The medal is awarded each year to an exceptional individual who has risen to the top of their trade with the help of City and Guilds qualifications. In Jocelyn's case the C & G was her only option when she started out in the mid sixties on a sometimes lonely road.
Jocelyn Burton joins Sheila to talk about what winning the award meant to her.
