‘In California during the Gulf War’ read by the Poet Laureate.
On Friday the Poet Laureate, Carol Ann Duffy came on to the programme to tell us how life has been since her appointment in May. She also read the first of a series of poems that she’s selected as part of a special anthology for Christmas. This is now the thirdÌýof poems she's readingÌýin the run up to Christmas. It's called ‘In California during the Gulf War’. ‘
