Nigella Lawson
Nigella Lawson is one of Britain's best known celebrity chefs. Her first book How to Eat: the Pleasures and Principles of Good Food was published in 1998 and she went on to present a highly successful Channel 4 series Nigella Bites. Her next publication, How to be a Domestic Goddess, became an instant bestseller. She has now sold more than 2.8 million copies worldwide.

Following her ±«Óãtv2 series this month, Nigella's Christmas Kitchen, Nigella Lawson shows what can be done with Christmas leftovers - sandwiches, salads and turkey curry.
