British Women Olympians 01ÌýAugust 2008
Three generations of winners

What’s it like to pull off the greatest sporting feat in front of a crowd of millions from all around the world? With the opening of this year’s Olympic Games just a week away, we'll find out as Jane talks to three past Olympians. Dorothy Odam won a silver medal for her high jump in the 1936 games in Berlin and again in London in 1948, Anita Lonborough powered to gold in the 200 metres breaststroke in Rome in 1960, while Alison Mowbray was a silver medalist in women's quadruple scull team in Athens in 2004. They'll be sharing their Olympic experiences.
