A year on from the WHO declaring Covid 19 a pandemic, we examine the economic impact. Economists Marianna Mazzucato from University College London and Richard Portes from the London Business School discuss whether coronavirus has presented an opportunity for policymakers to build back in a way which might actually benefit people around the world.
