British MP's back Brexit delay bill in close vote

It comes as talks between government negotiators and the opposition are set to continue.

Despite opposition from the government, British MP's have passed a bill which obliges the prime minister to ask for an extension to the Brexit process to avoid leaving the bloc without a deal; US warns Turkey over Russian missiles deal; and the former boss of Nissan Cars has been re-arrested in Tokyo.
