The authorities in Northern California say they have found the remains of another thirteen people killed by the worst wildfire in the history of the state. It brings the total known to have died in the blaze in and around the town of Paradise to 42.

She gave birth after being raped by her elderly stepfather. The trial has been suspended until next month, because the judge said he felt ill.
