West Brom fan reacts to the death of Mark Townsend in the stands at Hillsborough during the Sheffield Wednesday v West Brom match.

In a statement Sheffield Wednesday sent their condolences to the victim's family and said they would be working with all those involved to "collectively establish the full circumstances regarding this tragic loss of life".
