Mark Swan: 'I trained in my dad's shed'
Seaham's Mark Swan is going for gold in the Para Powerlifting in Paris.
Mark Swan from Seaham did his first ever lift of 70kg as a teenager and was hooked ever since.
The 23 year old is now aiming for Paralympic gold and a new world record in Para Powerlifting in the 65kg division.
