Beth Munro: 'It’s within my grasp'

Litherland-born Beth was the first Briton to win a Paralympic Taekwondo medal last time.

Liverpool’s Beth Munro became the first ever Briton to secure a Paralympic Taekwondo medal at Tokyo 2020, and is now hoping to go one better in Paris.

Beth originally played netball and javelin, and admits Taekwondo wasn’t on her radar initially, but has reached the top of the rankings in the sport she now excels in.

Litherland-born Beth has been explaining how Taekwondo came into her life.
