On Stumped we speak to Shyam Bhatia whose passion for the game is so immense that he decided to build a cricket museum at his house in Dubai.

The two-storey museum which is nearing the 15 year mark, holds cricket memorabilia, including over 2000 cricket books and magazines dating back to 1900 as well as autographed cricket bats and prized possessions gifted by the legends of the game.

The walls of the museum are adorned with the history of cricket from 1887 till now and there are designed ‘pillars’ for all Test-playing nations describing their history.

He tells Charu Sharma, Nikesh Rughani and Brett Sprigg about some of his favourite pieces.
