Official figures suggest crime in England and Wales has halved since 2010. But they don't include rape, groping, or harassment.
Official figures from the Office for National Statistics suggest that "total" crime has in England and Wales has halved since 2010. But ±«Óãtv analysis has revealed that these figures, often cited by government ministers, exclude offences that mainly affect women. Examples include flashing, groping, harassment, stalking and many cases of domestic abuse.
