Former West Ham, Liverpool and Birmingham City defender Julian Dicks is this week's guest on the Proper Football Podcast and, just as on the pitch, he does not hold back.
Why did he and Frank McAvennie hitch a ride on a milk float during training? What made him chuck his boots at a young Frank Lampard?
