'HS2 is going to have a decimating impact'

The city MP says he thinks money for HS2 can be "better spent on other projects." HS2 Limited told us, " We are currently constructing the railway between the West Midlands and Old Oak Common in line with instruction from the Government. In terms of decisions regarding the route, connections and what is being built, that is a matter for the Government so its for them to respond."
