Bringing people together from different cultures and communities in Suffolk and Norfolk.

This week we mark the 30 years since the racially motivated murder of Stephen Lawrence, hearing reflections from the communities here , including Diversity Educator and ASPIRE BLACK SUFFOLK director Ellisha Soanes , plus Norfolk Police and Crime Commissioner Giles Orpen Smellie, we also hear an extract from Richie Brave's 1xtra podcast which includes Cultural Theorist and UK Black History Educator Kayne Kawasaki and Stephens mother - Baroness Doreen Lawrence OBE.

We reflect on EARTH DAY this weekend, with Transition Woodbridge, Bards Aloud the Storyteller and Jenifer Akwero - business owner of Lamoi , she grew up in Uganda and is passionate about empowering African artisans to use their traditional crafting skills to contribute to the wellbeing of their communities.

Cad takes a walk round Saxmundham with Ana Barbosa - who has a brilliant of how she and her husband came to the small town 20 years ago.

Plus as it is record day - there is a whole load of good tunes throughout the show, pulled from Cad's vinyl collection.
