Why Mark Savage became glued to the ±«Óãtv's live feed of the public paying their respects.
"I never planned to watch a live stream of the Queen lying-in-state," says the ±«Óãtv's Music Correspondent, Mark Savage. "But sometimes you find yourself at a tipping point."
