Bringing people together from different cultures and communities in Suffolk and Norfolk.

This week we hear form Eleanor Dixon, a 15 year old jazz drummer from Ipswich about her passion for music and her recent experience at the Suffolk Jazz School.

The team continue to delive into the topic of food and culture, this week chatting to Cynthia and her daughter about their heritage and Zimbabwean roots and what recipes they would pass on.

Angelle mixes up some healthy smoothies live on air and Louise Maclaren and Jennie Pedley talk about a Norwich based project called Edible East, a Community Interest Company promoting a healthy and sustainable future for everyone through creative workshops, community gardening and cultural events, all informed by the latest scientific research.

With some funky food based tracks throughout the show.
