Bringing people together from different cultures and communities in Suffolk and Norfolk.
Tonight is the first of a month long celebration of food and culture for the Belongings Show. We are hearing from people about recipes, traditions, food, and cultural cuisine.
Ramadan has started so we find out a bit about what this means to people in our region and what happens around food for those marking this holy month.
We speak to two new food establishments that have opened since lock down, a new Portuguese Restaurant and an African kitchen and clothing company.
Plus we hear a delicious recipe from someone in our community.
We will also hear about about The ±«Óãtv 100 Share Your Story project, where ±«Óãtv stars and staff visited secondary schools across the UK, targeting recovery from the pandemic.
The aim was to build pupils' confidence and resilience and improve learning as well as relationships within schools.
