Bringing people together from our different cultures and communities in Suffolk.

On this weeks show we hear from Karibu African Women's project, as they prepare for an upcoming Black History month heritage event. And as Suffolk Archives launch their new show about home and houses in Suffolk, we ask people who have moved to the country to tell us what home mean to them.
Lastly we hear from Woman 2 Woman Radio, which is a project for migrant, refugee and Asylum seeking women, this allowed women to meet and learn new skills as citizen journalists! They have been able to practise they're English and interview skills and have created interesting and informative radio packages.
This one is about health and wellbeing in Suffolk. The W2W journalists are Natia Bregadze and Selma Angula interviewed Laura Beale from One Life Suffolk and Emma Khangaroot from Emma K Yoga  about how we can look after our physical and mental health.
