Debs James from ±«Óãtv Radio 5 live podcast "You, Me and the Big C" is joined by oncologist Sacha Howell, the doctor who treated Sarah Harding. The Girls Aloud singer died a year after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer.

Both Sarah and Debs put off seeking a medical diagnosis. Dr Howell says Sarah "beat herself up" for not coming forward earlier.
