Sasha from Stafford gave birth to her first son at the end of 2019 and Ellie from Swandlingcote found out she was expecting her little boy at the start of lockdown and gave birth in December 2020.

For both women they've had the rollercoaster of newborns to navigate without the usual support network of family and friends, or the professional advice they'd have had without the pandemic.

Ellie even had to tell her parents she was expecting on their driveway, and for Sasha the impact on her son has played on her mind. Although both admit it's been nice to have their partners at home more.
