Soundscape: Norfolk in Lockdown

The sounds of lockdown in Norfolk, recorded by volunteers across the county on mobile phones. Produced by Sophie Price.

A soundscape reflecting the way that life has changed for us all in lockdown. This special captures the sounds of home-schooling, the Norfolk countryside coming alive, the Thursday clap for carers and everyday life in this extraordinary time. Many of the sounds have been recorded by listeners using their smartphones. The documentary will be kept by the Norfolk Museum Service as a social history record. Created by Sophie Price.
