Join Sofia and Sebastian as they learn how to eat solid food for the first time. After having a Teddy Bear鈥檚 Picnic with her family, Sofia and her family decide to go to a grocery stall to buy some fruit and vegetables. After picking what they need, they head home to help mum prepare Sofia鈥檚 pureed food and sit together to eat their dinner.
Whilst Sebastian has a quick nap, his mum and sister prepare avocado pasta for dinner. Once Sebastian wakes up, he鈥檚 put in his high chair so that he can join in with the table and learn to feed himself. A few weeks later we rejoin both Sofia and Sebastian to see how far they鈥檝e come and watch them eating and enjoying solid food at home.
