Yemi and Afua have been married 9 years and have a 7 yr old son and 4 year old daughter. Having always been into sports, Yemi got into running when working at a running magazine and asked Afua if she wanted to run the London marathon with him. Training was tricky with two children but they managed it and hoped to complete the marathon in around 4 and a half hours. Unfortunately Afua became injured during the race but despite being told to go to A&E insisted they continue. Their time was 7 hours 50 minutes. During the conversation they discuss the marathon and setting an example to their children.
