Striking doctors fear more sackings in Zimbabwe
Rampant inflation, massive power cuts and shortages of US dollars, medicines and fuel have plunged Zimbabwe into worst economic crisis in a decade.
The government has fired 77 doctors who went on strike over pay and conditions.
More are expected to be given the sack and further disciplinary hearings are due to take place this week.
Dr Linday Robertson is a doctor in Harare. She told ±«Óătv Newsday that âpleas for better remuneration and better equipment have remained unanswered for over a year.'
