How have bats inspired a flying robot?
Bats' agility, flexibility and size allow them to fly with speed and ease through small spaces. They are also able to fly high to get impressive aerial views of landscapes. Scientists have adapted these skills and built a 'Bat Bot' which can help survey disaster areas and construction sites.
