American Company Disney has been under fire for trademarking the phrase 'Hakuna Matata'.

There is now a petition by Zimbabwean activist Shelton Mpala with over 30,000 signatures.

There are over 100 entries of the phrase 'Hakuna Matata' on the World Intellectual Property Website. The most recent, by a Chinese company registered in the US.
