Behind the scenes – creating The Cry's title typography
Built by hand applying water to paper, it allows ink to flow along the path. Ink is then dotted at various times to create a sudden change of direction in the flow. Turbulence was then added using air currents. Finally, the type is destroyed by dripping water onto the surface.
