Scholes on Lingard: He was a late developer

Former England and Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes says England manager Gareth Southgate has allowed Jesse Lingard to thrive in the national team set-up.

He also suggested that "possibly, the manager for England has a little bit more belief in him than his club manager" - José Mourinho.
