MPs in call for "baby leave"

MPs are calling for members of the Commons who have had a baby or adopted a child to be allowed - for a time - to vote by proxy: getting another MP to vote for them.

Harriet Harman, the former Labour Deputy Leader, proposed that "baby leave" should be available to MPs who wanted it. Rachel Byrne reports.
