MPs debate call to cut university tuition fees
The Government has rejected a call for student tuition fees in England to be cut by nearly seventy per cent to three thousand pounds a year.
MPs have been debating an online petition calling for the reduction, which was signed by more than 164 thousand people. Simon Jones reports.
