Should we incorporate insects into our diet?
Andy Holcroft is head chef at Grub Kitchen, Britain’s first insect restaurant. Amongst the items on the menu are cricket chocolate chip cookies and a gourmet bug burger.
Andy told 5 live that Western societies are “the odd ones out” as “around the world, over two billion people eat insects every day.”
