The sex secrets of killer whales
Killer whales are âincredibly tactile, I would say, sexual creaturesâ, says Deborah Giles who is Director of Research at the Center for Whale Research in the United States. Old matriarch whales are hugely important in the life of their family groups, and that may include providing âsex educationâ to the younger males. âGilesâ also explains to Victoria Gill the orca practise of âsword fightingâ.
