Two sisters from Hertfordshire have a faulty gene that increases their risk of breast and ovarian cancer. One chose to have surgery to remove her breasts and ovaries, the other didn't and has to be monitored and screened on a regular basis. We hear from both sisters about why they chose the paths they did.

Plus the Herts police officer who is set to row 2,500 miles across the Pacific, to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
