Where do horses travel in 'business class'?
Luxembourg is one of the EU's smallest countries but it is also the home of the European Court of Justice and its former PM Jean-Claude Juncker became president of the European Commission.
Politics Europe reporter Adam Fleming looks at its luxury trade in horse travel, and claims that it is the Panama of Europe.
