In the Arab world, are bloggers journalists, political activists or both?
The third 'Free To Speak' debate to celebrate the 75th birthday of the World Service comes from Cairo, Egypt. The new media are the only truly independent media in the Arab world today - so are bloggers journalists, political activists, or a bit of both? The panel includes blogger, journalist and activist Assam Al-Hawali, Professor Rabab El-Madhi, Dr Nadia Hegazy and journalist Abdul Al-Shifa.
