Exclusive: Aston Villa worker explains why she's publicly resigned
A former Aston Villa employee has told ±«Óãtv WM about the poor working conditions and low staff morale behind the scenes.
Elaine from Rugeley has been a Villa fan for 40 years, and has worked at the Trinity Stand reception for 6 years as a matchday employee.
She posted her resignation email online on Wednesday saying she could no longer work for Randy Lerner.
