Fire crews tackle 3m-long jet of flame

Firefighters called to a fire in a terraced house Gorleston last night spent several hours containing a 3m-long (8.4ft) flaming gas jet, until gas engineers arrived.
Fire station manager John Wilby said he'd never known a fire like it.
