Should there be a quota system to make sure women get powerful positions in football off the pitch?

We're talking about Presidents, Vice-Presidents, General Secretaries and even Director of Football roles.

Ebru Koksal has spent her life knocking down barriers, becoming the first woman to make great strides is some of the world's biggest sporting organisations.

She's been telling Steve Crossman that we should have a quota system in place to guarantee more women get to the top.
