First Among Equals : Jamie and Valerie

At home and in the office Valerie wears the trousers, and she doesn't want him to see her vulnerability. But Jamie wants her to feel comfortable with him being in touch with his feminine side, and he assures her she has nothing to fear from him being a mid-wife.
