Raymond Baxter was the host of Tomorrow's World from the very beginning and he continued to present the programme for 12 years. A former Spitfire pilot and rally driver, he joined the ±«Óãtv in 1950 and provided commentary for the funerals of King George VI and Winston Churchill.
