A sandwich chain's new owners' attempts to modernise the business end in failure. New owners Ian and Emma Rickwood took over Benjy's sandwich chain and set out to bring its production and IT systems up to date. Their attempts to centralise production and rationalise the business look good, but ultimately Benjy's ends up in liquidation.
