Do we shop too much?

Did you go shopping on Sunday? Maybe you took advantage of the longer opening hours that are in place during the Olympics and Paralympics.

At Bluewater they have been opening until seven on Sundays recently, and have seen a surge in the number of shoppers, but elsewhere in Kent it has been a bit of a damp squib.

Should Sunday opening hours be extended permanently. Should there be longer shopping hours?

Also, today's children go to bed later than their grandparents did at their age, eat later and prefer playing in on computer games to playing out, according to new findings from The Sleep Council.

They also read less and 63% of children have a television set in their room.

What affect is this having on their health, their education and their relationships? How can we encourage our children to change their habits and get a good nights sleep?

We speak to Denise Robertson, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and resident agony aunt on ITV's This Morning and Jessica Alexander from the Sleep Council.

We hear your views and stories.
