Would more tolls ease congestion on Kent's roads?

The south east has some of the most congested roads in the country. Would you be prepared to pay a toll in order to use a new road?

The chairman of the Highways Agency, Alan Cook, has recommended any new motorways should be private toll roads. If it solves congestion, is that a good idea?

Do you feel you pay enough to use our roads network already? Are you right at the edge of your driving budget already with an MOT, fuel, maintenance, insurance and road tax?
