Kent family bullied out of home

A Kent family say they have been hounded out of their home because of sustained bullying from a neighbour. Mike and Janet Richardson from Deal have fled to Norfolk after a string of name calling incidents directed at their 25-year-old disabled daughter Jordan, which left her too afraid to leave the house.

The 54 year-old woman responsible was given a conditional discharge and a fine 06:07, 07:07 and 08:07.)

People in Hawkinge near Folkestone are demanding a Dispersal Zone is set up to tackle problems of vandalism and anti-social behaviour. A similar scheme in a part of Dover came into force at the beginning of this week and people there say it's already making a difference.
