Pam Warren shares her amazing story with Jim today. A survivor of the Paddington rail crash, Pam became known as the ‘Lady in the Mask' as she underwent prolonged treatment for major burns. She now uses her experience to help others who have been affected by disfigurement.

Jim also hears from Elaine whose life was drastically affected by her sudden change in appearance when aged just 22 she lost all her hair.
