Sally Saunders helps people to fulfil their dreams, but "Tonight's the Night" stepped in to make one of her dreams come true as well. Sally teaches dance and encourages all of her pupils to work hard and make the most of their performances. Sally is a big fan of musicals and has always wanted to perform in front of a large audience, so John arranged for her to sing and dance one of the lead parts alongside Scott McKenzie - the star of Billy Elliot.

For Sally's surprise John was behind the scenes, controlling a hapless waiter who got everything wrong and couldn't stop dancing! Eventually John emerged from the kitchen to reveal that the disastrous lunch was all a set up and actually it was Sally that was in for a surprise
