Hayley Ruck has been a support to her family through difficult times. She was described as a "rock" when her grandfather passed away, and has been a tower of strength when her father was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Her best friend Jade thinks Hayley puts everyone first and has nominated her to make her dream come true and perform on stage to a massive audience.

Hayley occassionally works as a TV extra and John surprised her when she thought she was taking part in his new TV drama "On the Beat" - it was all a big set up, and Hayley got the surprise of her life when she realised that she'd be performing with Britain's biggest boyband - The Wanted. Hayley wowed the audience as she delivered a stunning performance of the boy's number one hit "All Time Low".
