Harry Enfield's Television Programme is a British sketch show starring Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse. It was first broadcast on ±«Óãtv Two in 1990 and amongst the regular characters were the unstylish DJs Smashie and Nicey. Here we seem them unconvincingly discussing the general election on their show.
